Today I would like to talk in more detail about such an important stage of production as quality control. VTK (technical control department)🔬 Here, 100% of the batch is checked for defects. A logbook and enhanced control are maintained. Specialists of the quality department look and check the appearance, geometric dimensions, which must correspond to drawings and regulatory documents. Every implant, every cog, every detail is inspected under a microscope for possible defects. Products that do not require further processing are sent to the intermediate warehouse of semi-finished products.
