ABM Technology has launched the first production of Bauer`s Synthes osteosynthesis plates in Ukraine. ABM Technology CEO Igor Tsirkin said that the most modern machines are used in the production. Also, thanks to the opening of a new production line, it was possible to create about 30 jobs. He said this in an interview with Most-Dnipro news agency.
“Thanks to the opening of the new line, we have created about 30 jobs, 22 of which are in production and 8 for specialists involved in product distribution. I am very pleased that in recent years the market of professions has started to form properly. Today, blue-collar professions are more in demand and better paid. It is much more difficult to find a specialist who can work on the equipment of the level that we have at our enterprise than a good lawyer or marketer.
What does a young person who comes to study with us get? The opportunity to learn how to work with the unique modern equipment that our company has here in Ukraine. By the way, we have the most modern machine tools at our production facility, so a machine operator who has completed a year’s training with us can rightfully call himself a high-level specialist,” he said.
Earlier, ABM Technology CEO Igor Tsirkin said that more than a hundred surgeries have already been performed on domestic implants.
