For osteosynthesis of distal periarticular fractures of the tibia extending to the diaphysis.
Features
The anatomical shape of the plate corresponds to the complex shape of the distal part of the bone, which facilitates the restoration of the structure and articular surface; a double row of screws in the distal part of the plate perfectly contributes to the resistance to “pulling-out”; sampling of limited contact with the lower surface to preserve periosteal blood flow; combined 8-shaped holes allow the use of screws with angular stability, as well as the introduction of cortical screws with a spherical head with a deviation from the nominal axis.
