Distal fracture of the femur – the lower third of the diaphysis 7 cm-15 cm above the joint surface.
Prevention of damage to the joint capsule and lateral ligaments.
Increased number of holes in the distal part.
The anatomical shape of the plate corresponds to the complex shape of the distal part of the bone, which facilitates the restoration of the structure and articular surface.
A double row of screws in the distal part of the plate provides excellent resistance to pulling and tearing.
The rounded edges of the plate prevent soft tissue irritation.
The rounded tapered edge of the plate improves submuscular insertion.
Combined holes for secure fixation and compression.
Titanium alloy provides optimal biomechanical conditions and biological inertness.
Limited contact sampling from the lower surface to preserve periosteal blood flow.
Atraumatically rounded edges around the perimeter of the entire plate.
Possibility of temporary intraoperative fixation with pins.
